Plant Help/Advice?

this is my first time getting this far with a plant. my plant has some color on it and im not sure what it is. its kind of a reddish color. also i would like any advice on how the plant is doing. its still on a 24 hour light cycle.

i would go to a 18/6 light cycle untill you are ready to flower.. and it look like it was streatched a bit closer your node the better... but it dose look nie and green i cant see any redish in those pics

It looks like you've got very weak lighting. Beef up on the wattage.

what is that on your leaf on the first pic in the top left hand side, look like a lady bug. More lights.

it was a fly. is there any way to tell the sex of the plant at this stage? im not sure when it will be ready to tell.
