Light intensity can be a factor in that, its usually age though. If you vegged you plants for 2-3 weeks and then switched them to 12/12 they will usually take a bit longer to go into flower than someone who vegged their plant for a month or more. A more mature plant will go into flower quicker because its ready. Under 12/12 you basically slowed the plant down and it has to grow under that until it matures enough to show sex. Something I learned the hard way in my first indoor attempt, from now on I will veg for at least 4 weeks. If not 6. Also genetics can affect that as well, more indica quicker flowers, more sativa, slower ones. I know your doing the same strain, but it could have more of the sativa-like characteristics of the skunk#1.

also females usually show sex a lot slower.
i had two male white widows that showed sex 3 days after i switched to 12/12

Looks really good so far snowman, I'm subbed.. I want to see how these strains turn out for you, I was interested in a few that you got going.
 
My flower power is almost finished! I have taken the lower branches because of some fucked up looking mold on the stems or whatever it is. But the top is still going. I tried some of it and it tastes so good, and is a very nice buzz, I know its supposed to be mostly indica, but its a good 50/50 mix buzz wise. Nice head and body buzz. Im hoping about another week or so. Good luck with yours, its a very frosty strain, super sticky. And has pretty strong odor, sweet, piney, and oily. Not car oil, but hash oil type smell. All the little leaves on mine curled up they are so oily and frosted. Did I say super sticky? Flower Power would be a good strain to grow just to make hash with, due to how fast it grows and how coated it is with trichomes.
