UK weed bag sizes...?

Speaking to a runner the other day who said there 10 bags are 1g each... and 2g's for £20!?

is that normal? I don't buy off them so dont know

Depends where you shop , i am a long time buyer

Standard used to be £20 for 3.5, slowly but surely 2.8 became acceptable and then 2.6

Then i found a guy a lot more popular than most who knew a grower and could do me ounces for £150 of amsterdam grade shit but that eventually came to an end last year.

Turns out the trend was to continually do smaller and smaller bags as now the best i can find is 2.3 on a good day for £20. i dont mind so much because it is good quality weed but its a shame the way things have gone. forunately i've been growing some stinky trees as i dont want to pay such silly prices

Over the last few years i have seen high grade MJ slowly but surely increase in price which has sparked me to grow my own.

Currently where i am for the cost of £20 gets you 2g or maybe a little more if you know the guy personally thats getting rid of it.

At Xmas i bought an Oz of chronic for £200 which was pretty good but still not great.

I remember the days when £20 would get you a good 3.5g. But with all the vietnamese gangs etc running grow ops in our area and heavily tarnishing their crops with sugar sprays and glass the guys who have the good stuff say why should they sell theirs at £20 for 3.5g when the shit you get off the Vietnamese gangs is lower quality for the same price. Thus pushing the cost of really good MJ up higher.

It sucks but then thats why i now grow my own. I know exactly whats gone into it and can be assured that it has had enough time to ripen etc.

Bit of drought going on in the bit of England where I am. No green at all around, and the half decent hash is being sold for £20's on the 8th. Bad times. Just happy il have a crop in less than a month

One thing i will say is that growing my own has filled my time more and i dont seem to be smoking as much as i once did.

I think alot of my smoking was down to boredom sitting at home not doing an awful lot once i finished work at 5pm. Then i took up growing and now i dont seem to ever stop.

What with research and fine tuning etc i dont have much time for anything else lol

20bags are probably more like 2.8 now .. yeah now and again 2.6 .. i can get an ounce for 100quid in the right places...

Yeah, last decent green I had was cheese - about a month ago.

And amen to that last statement - less than a month and the dealers can go whistle!

Yeah m8 seems normal these days..All seems to being sold in grammes now.. 2 years ago it was a henry (3.5g) for 20's all day long..But now it's £10 for a ten bag (1g) £20's for 2g £35 for a hen..

Prices on the oz are about 160-200 and a oz of soap is about a £100 round here.. so dry though really hard to get hold of any decent weed..

this country is fucked for weed im only 28 but i member payin 120/oz, 65/half, 35/Q, 20/8th that was about 6-7yrs ago nowdays its just sad so fucking sad, most 10bags will be sold as a gram and then be .8 lol a scores 1.7/2.0 these are street prices im seeing in london/norfolk and buckinghamshire.

yeah of course its about who you no etc and if and when its around i can still get a real 8th 3.5g for £25, bigger bits ive seen people pay £250oz for Echeese or tutti personally havent paid more than £200 but thats a pretty standard price now £200 for good DRY weed.

I have been smoking more or less uninterupted for as long as i can remember , Started off years ago with seedy sensi from Handsworth Brum ...lol made me deaf the first J i hit at a Blues Party ...Lamb's bread ....then weed kinna took a nose dive and was hard to get for a while so i switched to Gold seal Black ... nice and squashy ... rolled laces the full lenth of the J ... then that got hard to get hold of and was replaced by solids , Then a few of my buddys started to grow just as the solid started to dry up ....Flying duchman Pot of Gold ... and been hitting them trees since ...Allways had a good supply and allways decent gear .... Few times tryedf a few other strains butfound i was just nice with the POG....Over the years i have actualy reduced the amount i smoke a day to the point that 1/2 Oz can last 3-4 weeks .........Here's the kicker ...... Since i started my first grow and took charge of my clones at 10 days old ..... Not smoked a single Joint ..... Work that one out!

Gotta say i agree aswell, just knowing you have a shitload of nice bud growing in ur cupboard makes you much calmer lol, i dont stress out because i know i have weed its just not ready yet haha .and i have pretty much gone down from a bag a day to about 2 j's a day so i really do agree lol
