Your OP basically is a giant cue to change your res, the ph is changing because your plants are using up more acidic nutes, therefore only leaving alkaline left.

Just change out the water and replace with fresh nute solution.

Ph changes several times int eh watering process.

Once when dechlorinated, once nutrients have been added and settled, and when the nutrients are running out and therefore unable to stay in balance.

i use G.H. three part (the micro is for hard water and i use tap water) and rarely have to adjust my pH.

My first recommendation would be do the same (get the micro for hardwater and use tap)
my second recommendation would be to immediately stop using spring or drinking water and start using distilled (or just plain tap).
my third recommendation would be to get an RO system.

anything under 300 is pretty mild and wouldn't be too worried about damaging plants. the best i can recommend is add nutes slowly - yes nute burn is ugly and you don't want to cause it - but plants are pretty resilient and if you do burn them a bit - they usually bounce back quickly.

I'm not saying not to be cautious - just don't be overly cautious.

Up the feed to 420ppm tomorrow (day 14) at least. You could even go as high as 560ppm... but at this stage that is the highest i would go.
