Hey RIU:joint:
I am an outdoors guy and since there is always elbow room I wanted to know if anybody has ever ran across a Vietnamese Black landrace Sativa. I can't seem to find it in seed form PERIOD. It would be the perfect outdoor plant in this region:hump::joint::hump::cry:

I've got vietnamese black also have another strain from that region called monkey paw . Every time I grow these strains I put a male and female to the side for seed production . Its damn near impossible to find either of these anymore .

You don't have to give a left nut. I have been chosen to carry on a tradition I have 2 original clones. Long story long journey. Yes they were smuggled. Many have died tying to smuggle plants from the asian countries. I have heard many stories. Only two I belive have merit.
I have made some clones now in flower so that I may smoke something I haven't tasted in over 30 yrs.With Mother Sativas resized .jpg I went to visit one of the brothers who went to Belize in the 70's and now lives in Belize and is a citizen. He grows in a personal garden a few varieties. One section has 4 plants one is the largest I had ever seen 14'0" at least. The indoor greenhouse he built has 4 varieties all which he has stories about. The one plant I
was intiged with was the 14 plus footer the leaves on some areas were a dark green and blackish in color. With long colas 3-4" no buds. He said when we are two. Two great people have been lost. These 2 plants are to be pure Vietnamese Black 2 Brothers Sativas #1A resized.jpgancesters. I decided a few months ago to some clones, in hopes they would be ready.
I have plans to go to D.C. and smoke them at the wall. One at each name ,remebering my two brothers. These plants are now 14' tall and take up most of a 10x12 room.
The clones are now over 6' & have been in flower for 7 weeks. It will be sometime before they'll be ready.The instruction sent with it you'll start to see a leaf darkining in the center of the leaf like a streak of blackish dark green. Wish I had a better camera.
Then it's mature and ready to begin its's flowering cicle. They are growing 6"-9" per day.
I'll post more pics of the monsterclones as they grow if anyone is interested. Also am trying one in a DCW

verey interesting so tell me what is the main reason for the strain being a must have? when i was young i remember my dad having something like this in his stash we use to snipe him,lol had us high as hell and had a sort oof coffee smell to it..is this the same thing?

In my opinion, try to stay away from the viettnamese strains. Go for cambodian or laos. I used to live out there, all over for four years, the best is from laos I think. Nevilles haze from greenhouse in its many forms has some camboians and some laos strains. Also, if its still around, stonehenge from sensi seeds is cambodian, but probably not as potent as a nevilles haze. Also, from what I,ve found vietnamese strains hermie easier, espe,ially if its southern vietnamese landrace. Also, check landrace seedbank. They have landrace seeds. But yeah,order of desire, laos, then cambodia, then thai, then nam. Next time I,m in indonesia, I want to get some sumatran landrace seeds. If the genetics are as bizzare as everything else that grows there its got to be wild.
