Last I counted it was 16. So do tell - how does a disabled Renoite who no longer drives get to Vegas and back again with no transportation?we have a bunch of dispensaries here in vegas...im opening mine in about 2 weeks!

Nope! Oddly enough, the closest dispensary to me is 58 miles away in South Lake Tahoe, California. The dispensary there honors Nevada law. Although it's closer than Vegas it's still a problem cause of no way to get there.cynic-are there no dispensaries in reno?
yup..and edibles, tinctures, hash..all the good stuff..Very dope man. Clones as well right?
im gonna have my resource center set up to franchise out...maybe reno will be my next spot.Nope! Oddly enough, the closest dispensary to me is 58 miles away in South Lake Tahoe, California. I'm intrigued. Please keep me updated. I'm not speaking for anyone but I'm willing to bet that something like that would be very much appreciated all the way out here in no man's land.im gonna have my resource center set up to franchise out...maybe reno will be my next spot.
I didn't think they'd honor NV law! Do you have a general location for that place in Tahoe? Thank you!Nope! Check your PMs.I didn't think they'd honor NV law! Do you have a general location for that place in Tahoe? Thank you!
Cool! Thanks!as soon as we open our doors im gonna be doing a lot advertising..you all will know whats up!
You are correct, while Nevada does not allow co-ops and caregivers are -one-to-one- as you say. There are multiple "loop holes" in the Nevada law as it is currently written. Just as the law indicates you can have 3 plants in flower but only 1oz of "useable product"Really?! I hope you let us know how this progresses. I'm curious about the details... legalities, location, etc. I would assume that if you are going to buy from a dispensary that said location would have to be your caregiver? But I thought the law states that only -one to one- is legal for caregivers?
Really, there is a dispensary in South lake that takes NV cards? I thought NV cards were not honored anywhere else. Is this place listed in the phone book, or how do I go about finding out where it is.Nope! Oddly enough, the closest dispensary to me is 58 miles away in South Lake Tahoe, California. I would tell you to check your PM's but you don't accept PM's. Did you know there are dispensaries in Vegas that honor Cali law? Yup. Mind you, none of this honoring is actually legal. Lots of black and white issues that blended making gray zones to pass through.Really, there is a dispensary in South lake that takes NV cards? I thought NV cards were not honored anywhere else. Good to see people with guts. I'm a chicken shit due to a past bust 44 years ago and I keep my head low. Thanks for explaining the loop holes to me. I wasn't aware of that verbage. Count me in on the social lounge! Sounds like a good community gathering place. You are correct, while Nevada does not allow co-ops and caregivers are -one-to-one- as you say. We are very close to opening the social/lounge and dispensary. In the mean time we will remain "mobile" as we have been for 2 years. Serving the Reno/sparks and surrounding areas. We are ran on "donations" just as California and Las Vegas are.
We will defidently keep you posted...
