if you have leafminers spray on pesticides wont work as far as im aware as they burrow into your leaves leaving marks like on pic10.

you will need to do some research how to get rid.

this is all really getting me down about my plants. i hope they still grow to be beauties. just gotta stay positive. i still dont no what the main cause is. getting different ideas all over. i think it must be over fert, with bugs anf wrong PH lol. i havent got a ph meter so i dont no what it is. i have been using distilled water with PH 7.5 tho. i think il shove sum bug spray on it. i dont no what else to do??? what else couldi do to get them back to normal?

there are a few things i could recommend to get them back on track but you will need a few things.
1.PH METER
2.EC METER
3.NEEM OIL
4.UNPERFUMED DISH SOAP or insecticidal soap.

ph everything going into your plants at 6.5 . flush 3x your pot size. After you finish flushing feed them 1/4 strength nutes or an EC level of 0.5.
Make up some neem oil spray not sure of a mix ratio (use google to find one) and spray your plants every 3 days.

then water water 1/2strength feed, water water 1/2strength feed, see if they perk up.

neem may slow the leaf miners down.

il have to give this ago dude. but the thing is im worryed about flushing them. wont i drown them? ive always been a bit conufsed about flushing. isnt it like way over
watering? i got a PH meter yesterday and some insecticidal soap. my PH was 7.0, 7.5. i thought that was the right PH?
was looking at them while i was spraying the stuff on and there was way more bugs on it than the last time i looked. like loadsa little white larva things and white flys and some weird looking things lol. hopefully the spray will get rid of them.

oh yeah and whats an ec meter? thanks

How big are the pots? My guess is ph spotting from high ph or the beginning of root rot...
the pots are 15 litre. which is 3 gallons i think. im sure the pots are big enough. they have been growing well. its just the marks and burnt leaf tips. like i said my dad gave them way to much nutrients like a week ago. so that probably didnt help. because of that i havent given them any nutes coz he gave them to much. was gonna wait like another week or so, then il give them half the nutes, liek they are supposed too.

cheers for the help guys :) peace

an EC meter is a way of testing how strong your nutes are.

ideall ph for soil is around 6.5 -6.8

something you may also want to consider in combating pests is SPINOSAD.

google it.

overwatering is caused by too much water too often.
flushing is a single flooding at once.

flushing is used to rid the soil of excess salts that accumulate due to nutes.
