nope...people are dumb. they might stop the oil but the damage will be terrible i dont think anyone has been talking about how bad this really is and how they plan to use it to further enslave usNobody cares??????????
Hopefully it lasts long enough for them to get the relief wells drilled and get this thing plugged once and for all.
I may actually agree with you on this one.
The damage may be done but it can always be worse. I'm sure the current administration will exploit this disaster in order to ram cap and trade down our throats just like they did healthcare.
I know but we need all the good news we can get. It may only be a glimmer of good news but it's good news nonetheless.
I'm no market speculator. I'm a long haul investor.
It's tragic. I guess good news is not the proper term. Perhaps "less bad" is the proper way to describe it. lol!
I cringe to think how this is going to effect the gulf region in the coming years. It's terrible. 
Hows that Hydrogen Sulfide treatin ya? at 5ppm its toxic, but in the gulf region its around 100 times that concentration, when you can no longer smell it, your dead. Perhaps you are on the west side where its not as bad eh?
worst case scenario was a leak of 4.2 million gallons per DAY!! so it could have been HUNDREDS of millions of gallons.
I had to LOL at this, because you know there will be millions of people who actually believe it was his doing, like he swam down there and got it to stop.
