Calling all darkroom users dr40,60,80,100,120 and so on. love my dr60 and getting real close to buy a bigger one.Would love to see and hear how other RIU members are putting these great tents to work..hope its not a thread for us already,if not this is our time and place to show off. Looking for cam now,hope i not the 1st one to post a pic

I just purchased a dr150 from greners.com.

Got it setup last night, but I haven't installed the fan yet cause im not sure how to mount it. I have a 4in 170 cfm inline fan with carbon filter.
Do I just hang the fan on the cross beams inside the tent?

yes sir. you can also hang filter inside from cross beam and put the fan on top of the tent on the outside pulling it out that way. rep for the size.cant wait to go that big.

Well, here is my tent all set up, and ready to start doing hydro.

I am super excited to finally have a decent grow tent.

Looking forward to getn big like you guys..I wanna veg wit my 60 and flower in 100 0r 120.. depends how much money i run into before then. what kinda light you got in the 120 DAGGER420? And can we see the girls..

I'm in. I have 2 tents.

The first tent is a DR120W with a 600w hps, cool tube and 6" inline fan that I will use for flowering. The other tent is a GrowLab 60 with 200w cfl and a 4" inline fan that I'm using to veg and hopefully keep a mother in.

Great thread! Can't wait to see some setups

My setup:

Lighting: 400W HPS/MH
Fan: 170 CFM inline 4inch w/Carbon Filter 4inch
Grow Style: DWC (Bucket Grow).


I just finished hooking up all the equipment to my tent.

I am in the process of setting up a recirculating system for my DWC so that my rez is outside my grow tent and I can monitor the water levels/ pH / and temps with out opening my grow tent.

So far I only have the control bucket setup. I am waiting on a water pump in the mail then I will setup the recirculating part of it.

This should help keeps the temps in the rez down since inside the tent is warmer then the outside, and as water circulates, it will take the heat with it, and exhaust it from the bucket outside. I intend to install some 12V computer fans into the control bucket to blow air across the top of the water to further help cool it.

So with out going into much more detail, it goes with out saying that my setup still has much room to grow :).

The plant that is in there now is a clone I took from my last grow. The strain is Black-Berry from Nirvana.

dope set up blood. what kinda yield you looking to get with 1 under a 400? and how do you vent your tent? passive intake?

I am hoping to get 6 - 7 ounces.
I was able to pull off 7 ounces on the grow that in my signature, and I figure now that I have a damn good growing setup I can get about the same.
Which for me is perfect. Sell off 6 keep an O for me, which will last till next harvest :)


As far as how I vent. I suppose I am still experimenting seeing as this is my first time with a grow tent. Right now I have 1 of the side flaps open, and that seems to be enough for the fan I have.

sweet thats how i vent my 60 tryn to get these dam pics up. my 2 ladys should only have 2 or 3 weeks left. starting to see brown hairs, so now im just waiting to see them curl back back in.

I know its more then 4 people using Secret Jardin tents on RIU come on dont be shy we wont tell

I actually got a DR80 from greners.com that arrived last week. Easy to set up and working pretty well so far. Got a 400w HPS kit from HTGsupply for the lighting (currently using the metal halide conversion lamp).
