also does this article make any mention of her legality of the grow? i mean, what are the charges brought against her?

besides the couple in saginaw, i cannot find any. and we all can admit they werent smart about it ...they had too many plants.

id like to see some news stories from dea or any police for that matter ...raiding medical grows in michigan. im not doubting anyone ...i just havent heard about them.

Yea but when the government says that as long as the medical marijuana people stay within state law and then raid them anyhow shows you that they lie which is nothing new.
