Never use birth control pills for your plants. Or any pharmaceuticals...ever!

The chemicals will not leach out...it will cause growth abnormalities and will make you sick..very sick. If it doesn't kill the plant first....

It will also give you big boobs....

I've seen studies where estrogen was used in vegetables..but did you read the part where the estrogen was still present in the fruit after harvest ?

he is correct. synthetic compounds do not breakdown just because its entered a food chain.

ill answer for you, since you prolly dont have any eskimos around to ask-

the whale and seal meat, they depend on for survival, is tainted with synthetic compounds that the animals pick up from contact with man, in one form or the other. those same synthetic compounds, just like estrogen in birth control, cannot breakdown inside the animal, so it remains, in the fatty tissues, just like thc resides in us. so the inuit lady eats whale meat, and then absorbs those same compounds into her body, which is then passed off to her children via breastfeeding. its a nasty cycle. you should see the type of birth defects those poor people endure, because of our lack of respect to the environment.

the same thing will happen to any non organic compounds you use to fert your plants with. some compounds, are harmless to us and pass righ through, others are not. hormones are a prime example of one of those things that do not pass right thru.
