will a heating pad help germinate my seeds??

I plan on buying a cheap heating pad to help germinate my seed I'm doing the paper towl and ziplock bag method.....can I set da heating pad next to it .....or. place the seeds on top of the heating pad??

Place the seeds in whatever you wanna germinate them right on top of the pad. Make sure it doesnt get too hot. Keep it on LOW..

My germination rates are quite bad, so I'm going to be getting one too, to heighten my chances for a better germination rate.
I plan on putting the pots directly on top of the heating mat.

put the zip lock on a plate ontop of the heatpad, if u get a reptile heat pad instead of a propper germ heat pad be careful of heat.
