Your plants look great, no signs of weak stems or anything. You'll be suprised at how fast they re-position themselves upwards.
and yea, if you can get foxfarms "oceans forest". Its a little more pricey than typical soil, but its rich in nutes and great for beginners. Here in the states you cant find it at superstores like walmart and homedepot, I looked in the phonebook for hydroponic stores and found one right down the street from me. They carry absolutely everything you could possibly need.
