Hail

 Hail and 100 mph wind beat my girls up bad. Anyone have that happen and they come out of the shock. I lost lots of branches and leaves but they still have some left. Any bone of hope here? They were flooded also.

Damn mother nature, that sucks. Beat up and over watered will certainly stunt their growth and put them into remission for a while. I guess there's only one way to find out-- give them some time. MJ is pretty resilient, good luck bud.

Blustarr57, I just checked out your journal. I've had massive winds rip panels off the side of my larger greenhouse, and it was in winter during freezing temps-- I was so pissed and alot of my tropicals died. The following season I reinforced all the walls and roof, and also planted some bushes around the sides to act as a wind break. I haven't had damaging hail, only crazy strong winds. Did the hail go through your greenhouse?!?

Oh and there will always a few on this site with the IQ of a lobotomized turtle, but don't let them get you down. Most are here to help. I wish you well, and hope that your plants bounce back. Good luck.

Thanks Dubious06, No greenhouse. Planted strait in the ground. There was a tornado above us it didn't touch down. But was pretty scary! No more outside for me. Had hugh plants. But to many oh shit factors LOL. Thanks again.

That sounds frightening, but I guess it could of been worse-- at least you're okay. Good luck, and keep us posted on their progress. Cheers.

Mine were beat up like that but were layed over and mud covered and 1/4 of the branches broken. They look a little better today but still stuned. I think they will be ok. Thanks for the pic stickygreen and encouragement.
