dude if the ph is at 6.5 it is definetlly not lockout....i looked all over and didnt see you post your level, damn.....
thats what iv e been doing. some are alot bigger now. i will flush again. i got the meter because the one i had sucks. never hurts to have a new and better oneDespite that the provided pictures are small and not of the best quality, to me (and others that posted initially) it looks everything like nutrient burn and nothing like pH problems. And if your pH is around 6.5 like you stated in a previous post then we can be pretty positive it isn't lockout.
I can't say for certain, but I am not sure that a seedling would even exhibit symptoms of lockout if it can still be fed by its cotyledons. Maybe I can do an experiment and intentionally start a seed in a mix with a pH upwards of 7.5 so I can see what happens. I still wont know for about a week though.
And whether it is nutrient burn (which it is) or pH problems (which it isn't) the solution in either case would be to FLUSH with distilled, filtered or reverse osmosis water that is the proper pH (about 6.0).

dude thers na way that ffof caused that, are you sure your p.h is at 6.5? have you taested your water?
i had lockout with some clones and did not know beacuse, i pulled em out the eazy-clone and stuck em in black gold then i watered em in they were cool for like a week. i didnt notice the ph drop cause the soil wes fairly strong and kept a perfect 6.5 ph but my tapwater was at 5.0 after about a week of watering and them not showing the drop on my meter they looked fkd. I just happened to check the water ph and found the probelm, but beacuse the fresh new soil it showed 6.5 for a week........water can be a pain in the arss
