Hi lads hope ye can help me out.

My white Russian plant was switched to 12/12 last week after 3 weeks of veg. Everything was progressing quite well until i just went into my grow room a few mins ago. The leaves are dropping down as if they are too heavy to hold up by there branches. I really dont think i have overwatered or underwatered these the soil is still moist about 2" down ? Any ideas ?

Pic's would be nice and may help the diagnosis.

What size light are you running? Temp in the growroom?

What size pots do you have them in?(could be rootbound)

Any discoloration of the leaves?

Leaves will usually shrivel up and drop off later in flower as the plant sucks them dry but if you just started flowering then that is highly unlikely.

My guess is if all the leaves are drooping it is probably underwatered and just needs a drink. Pick up your pot, if it feels light then you might give them some water and see if they perk up.

+ rep for your reply

The temps have been 28oC and they are in 10 liter pots under a 600 watt hps , the soil was moist 2" down but the pots were light and felt like they needed a watering , how long before I hopefully see them perk up

how many days since the last watering till u seen them droopy.?
2 days but the temp has risen over the 2 days and I think the sucked up what was there very quick, the pots were light when i checked them its my own fault for just sticking my finger in to check instead of doing a weight check.

Glad the problem is fixed. With summer heat(even on indoor grows) keep an eye on your watering. Good luck! :peace::joint:
