Ok, here we go. 1) Harborside is in CALIFORNIA, so references to Virginia's Health and Safety codes are worth... Fuckall. 2) Being as "entrapment" no longer exists, and Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) can flat out lie to you and say, "No, I'm not a cop," and then turn around and slap the cuffs on you, agreeing to your 'terms' is likewise pointless.
