shot glass germinating!

i got master kush seeds sitting at the bottom of a shot glass. all 5 sunk within 6 hours.rite now its 24 hours they have been sitting in there, and they look like they cracked but have not grown a lil tail. should i give it a couple more hours to get a longer tap root?

take them out put them in like 5-10 leafs of tissue that u have pre soaked a lil with tap water fold it up with seeds in there and make sure not to saturate it..chuck it between two saucers and put it in a dark place thats at a constant warm temp round 22C..check every 8hours and re wet tissue if needed they should sprout in a day or two...

i dont want to use the paper towel method. ive noticed this shot glass method works better. im just wondering if letting it sit more then 2 hours in the water is harmfull in any way????

letting seeds soak for longer than 24 hours could be very detrimental to your sprouting seeds. i soaked my og seeds for 22 hours then put them in paper towel and my seeds had inch long taproots within 18 hours after that. if you dont want to use paper towel, got get jiffy cubes or rockwool and put them in that the seed needs oxygen to do its magic. hope this elps an good luck wit the babies

sure, leave them in there a couple more hours if you want to drown them.

(in actuallity you only need to soak really old seeds)

Why do people make seed germinating so much harder than it is? Just plant in moist coco or soil or jiffy peat pellets. Goddamn. seriously.

another good idea. but i havent seen too much happen with only soaking the seeds in water. most of them drown, or rot. but best of luck to you.
