Is this TOO MUCH LIGHT??

Growzilla could be an option, but you'll be running 1,200 watts in that tiny space. With that much power in that size area, you could do an entire grow from start to finish with the light hanging at it's highest point and never lower it. That, or you could just go with a single 1000 watt and spend less money for the same results.Either way it's a waste of such power. You would never be able to recognize close to the full potential of what that many watts can do. Think of it like this : 1000 watts will cover an 8x8 space with good results. If you are still gung ho about running 600 or more watts in there, get ready to spend WAY more money on electricity than you need for that size grow or try to come up with a larger area to efficiently utilize the watts. Am I making sense?

its not a waste. not at all, a 600 in a 2x4x5 tent will do good and two of them would do great. your acting like 600 watts on 8 plants in a 2x4 tent is as bright as you can go. he can easily put two 1000s in a growzilla and have excellent results.

I'd get that additional 600w and 2 bulbs for 50 more! it would be foolish to let that slip away from you, even if you dont use it now it can still serve as a backup and you can always start throwing around ideas in your head to incorporate it into your growing setups in some way. Hell, give me your friends number, ill take it(j/k, lol, but if i knew someone in the area with that offer i'd be at his house picking it up right now.)

The two 600w bulbs will be in cooltubes hooked up to a fan sucking the hot air out of the tent, as well as a couple of fans pushing cold air into the tent. This room seriously stays 70 or below and I have a portable ac unit I can put in to the closet sized space if need be. But im hoping I dont have to run the ac unit. its a bit loud..

Go ahead, just make sure you train them to make the most of the small area they have, Ive found i prefer fewer bigger plants than more small. why not do like 4 and lst or maybe kind of like a scrog grow with those ones? I've found its less of a headache and alot easier to make sure the plants get optimal light levels and have less plants to train and the bigger plants will make sure to use up all that light that would of went to the other plants.
