Cut the colas and leave the bottom buds on for another week then harvest the rest. People do it all the time.

anyhow, to actually help you here.. I've heard that cannabis matures.. from the top down. Which is also why PMW explained why most people will harvest (cut) just the top kohla.. and then leave the rest of the lower buds on the plant for a few more weeks until they mature enough to harvest. And yeah, people do.. do this. I forgot where I heard that, that cannabis matures from the top down.. you'd think it'd be the other way around..

I have harvested many tops on my outdoor plants and left the lower stuff to finish. For one the top finishes sooner, and for two, Id rather get the top before my plant gets ripped off, than nothing at all, so that extra week or two Im not sweating as much because I know at least I got the best part. And then hope the rest is there when it matures, I hate rippers.
