question about a/c and exhaust

I'm moving my grow area out of my house and into a back yard shed http://twitpic.com/2ahaha.

I'll be installing a window a/c to keep the room cool. The room will be 11'x4' with 2 1000w lights with XXXL Ocho hoods. The room will be sealed as we're also going to be running c02 (tanks not generators).

Will I need an exhaust fan and ducting?

I was thinking, with the air conditioner located in the room to keep the temperature at 85, I wouldn't need an exhaust fan at all. But since i'm not positive I thought i'd ask the experts their opinions.

a good ac unit will do the job as long as you DONT hook up exhaust fan. the fan will remove the cold air and it will be replaced by warmer/moist air. seal the room air tight. and shoot for 75, 85 is to high. plants stop growing at 90

Nah, I run c02 at 1500ppm, 85 works well. You can easily bump up your temps with c02 as it will encourage your plants touse more of that c02. I keep it under 86 as that is when it seems to affect quality.

yea 85 works with supplimented co2 absolutly, but 75 will work better and less chance of mold. before you say i am wrong try it. i have done it your way for years and was happy with results but one day i bought a ac unit that was big enough to cool down to 75 . i got mad at myself for not doing it sooner

thats great! lol do you have any idea how much you will get if you lower the temp. i get over 4lb out of 7 plants every 4 months with 2x1000 without co2. adding co2 is a crutch for hot grow rooms. if i add co2 to my room im done 2 weeks sooner. i cant go longer then that cause they get to big. dont believe me! try it then tell me i am wrong

i grow all year in florida and before i got the bigger ac i noticed very quickly my winter crop was better than summer crop. that got me thinking and exsperimenting. so now i flower at night

look at my advitar . i get half a pound per plant if i flower at 3ft almost a pound if i wait till they are 5ft

....dude, I just checked out all the threads you started...and in order for you to be getting 2 lb per 1000w , you sure have some newbie questions. ....I'm just say'n.
I grow buds bigger than your bud that you have REALLY close to the camera. I have journals in my sig. You can read all your book, watch your videos, exc.... I know what they say. Bottom line, your temps can raise higher if your using co2 @ 1500 ppm.setup.jpg

and yes at one time i was a noob. the bud is the end result of all i leaned from this site and others. you dont learn if you dont ask. i have more but now im all sticky and my house smells now lol
