The leaves that fall off wont be replaced but it will grow more leaves and bud.

I seriously doubt that you found out it was female unless you got a feminized seed from someone and they just happen to let you know now because seeds dont show there sex till like 6-8 nodes... BTW if you are planning on making any money from growing you need to invest $ into it, the more $ you invest in good and proper equipment the more you would make. If your trying to do this the cheapest possible way then you need to be growing your plants outside because you wont need to buy lights. Even if you don't have the $ to buy all the equipment you should be able to buy a piece at a time till you get enough together to make a proper room. If you end up doing things half assed like you are now you will end up getting half assed results and you will have wasted months for a few grams of bud.

Those are not pistils, those are stipules, they form on all mj plants, regardless of sex. I'll get a pic to illustrate it for you.
