Doesn't your landlord still have to right to inspect his property from time to time? Does he know what you are doing in there?

Landlords are not obliged to allow cultivation reagardless of medical status. There are no laws in place saying what a property owner can/can't do upon finding a grow on their property.It's up to the individual as to whether they allow it or not.

That's what I figured rzza. It's a long time before the slate of real-estate laws/pollicies/rules is updated based on marijuana policy. Given the limited number of states that even have medical marijuana laws.

That, or find a small house with garage. The garage will have it's dedicated circuit(s) and not all the appliances running that the house does.

Something like that has always been my worry. I never have more than 8 plants (at various stages) at any given time. It's also difficult to protect your crop without looking suspicious.

Yea That is Why You dont tell people even know that it is now legal and thinking your ok to tell people.. But There are Evil People out there. I have Security Cams and Alarm systems.. But I dont tell anyone... That is what happen there..

hmmm...was just thinkin...could medical marijuana plants be covered by insurance? probably not but that would be nice.

stories like these make me happy i live in a little hick ass town...the crime rate is little to none. if i were growin in a worse area i would have security cameras and an alarm system for sure.

I live in a pretty nice area with low crime but I still refuse to take chances. It doesn't take much to know they're around. On a good day I can smell my plants almost 3 blocks away.
