Red flags, trampled vegetation, discovered? HELP

Hey guys, I recently went out to check on my babes and realized that there were about 5-6 reg flags hanging from trees along the path that leads out to my girls, right outside my spot there are 3 tied together. This worried me big time. People play paintball in those woods but not really close to my site. I know the people who live by those woods and they're aware of the girls back there unfortunately. I got about 10 +/- in that particular spot, all at least 5 feet. When I went back there for their watering routine tons of vegetation was knocked down, all plants still in tact but we definitely had a visitor. My question is do you think it could possibly be cops? Would they take the time to (obviously) label the way out there and set up deer cameras to catch us or is it a stupid neighbor trying to remember where they are? Is there anything I can do with plants that size, like relocating them? Or are they too big? Flowering started about ten or so days ago..

All your advice and opinion will be and are greatly appreciated. Please Help!:cry:

You've been discovered, get them out of there quickly and relocate or never go back there again.

Chances are whoever it was is waiting for either you to harvest or they will. If you want to sleep at night, you might not go back out there.

Will they be OK if I move them? They aren't too big? Any advice on transplanting babes that large? My biggest are around 7-8 feet now..

If it was cops they might have set up cameras. I dont know if it is even worth trying to move them at this point.

Good luck transplanting those hah. Tap root is normally same size as the plant, I didnt even trasnplant my 2 foot girl cause it was too big.

I think its to late to move them if in the ground.
I would set up my own "game camera" and find out what's going on out there. A good infer red game camera is about $200, a small investment for a crop that size.

cops will destroy them on the spot. like treemansbuds said, set a game camera to keep a watchful eye. put it where it, itself won't be detected. I have one that works on infer-red,so no bright led flash at nighttime and less detectable.

You have been found, but not by the authorities; you would have found that out on your last visit. Moving the plants right now would send them into shock, and trying to transport them would be nearly impossible. This is going out on a limb here, but the person that put the tape up isn't too familiar with the area, and they aren't too smart either. What you might be able to do is a little bit of counter-intelligence; untie the tape and redirect the "trail" to a different area, making sure you beat down the brush to make it look like the other trail. Tie the 3 flags together in a small clearing, and just to make it more realistic, dig ten deep holes there. It sounds like a shitty plan, but if you move the plants, you will lose the harvest, if you leave them as is, you will likely lose the harvest, but using a little "magic" (i.e.- misdirection, confusion) you might be able to get out of this season with something to toke on. Using fallen small trees and bushes try to cover the wore down vegitation. Hope it works out for you man.

buy bear traps, itsnot the cops. they wouldnt make it obvious with "red flags" that they've been back there. they wouldnt take the chance of what you are thinking and "Scaring you" from them if it was cops they would tear them down on spot, cameras would need a warrant but yeah buy bear traps like 3 set them around the perimeter and hide them very well under brush. put a warning sign up that there is hidden bear traps and if someone is dumb enough to walk back and get fucked up than if they try tellin the cops YOU WARNED THEM they cannot do anything but than you would lose your crop completely cause the cops would be out there. also you should take the red flags out the ground immediately. someone did it to track back steps. obviously. dont let people control you with paranoia.

Yeah, that's it. set traps, beat the snot out of them. Hurt them, etc. That's the perfect way to fly under the radar. Ask yourself some questions before you get too paranoid. Have you seen any other red tape/flags? were the flags around a certain type of tree (variety or were they all dead trees). Has the land been recently sold? Is a new building going up and the trees coming down to make room? In my area, red flags mean either surveyors, or trees marked to be taken down.

I mean seriously, if you had found someone's grow, would you put up red flags so you could find your way back? Wouldn't you be afraid the red flags would make others curious and find what you had just found?

You know for sure someone has been out there, but you dont' know why and what for or if they've even noticed your girls (or know what they are, or give a shit). You know it's not the cops as they would have cleared the area and if it were under surveilence they sure as shit wouldn't have put up billaboard (i.e. the red tags) to let you know they've been there.

I think the game camera is a great idea. Also stay away from there for a couple of weeks (if you can) to let the cam 'catch' if there's anything going on. If you have to return, can you approach in a different direction? at a different time than normal?

better yet. get a air rifle buy hunting pellets and shoot the shit out of the camera till its disabled. set up your own camera watch who comes back :)

and a picture of this area would be a huge help for us answering this question because we dont know the full extent of the area and the surroundings. if its hunting grounds or what have you than you shouldnt have planted them there to begin with lol
