I use them for all my soil grows, whether i'm starting from seed or clones. I usually mix a gal of ph'd water with h202 and 2 drops of super thrive. Then soak the pucks until they swell all the way and place on a bed perilite that is wet with the same solution

Peat pallets are always my favorite to use. I start all my seeds and also use them for cloning. I recommend to use them! My clone rate using peat pallets is always between 90-100%

Well I grow indoors but read a little on this site and learn your own ways. Everybody grows differently, just gotta experience it yourself to find out what you like. I am in no line to teach anybody. The only lesson I can teach is too read as much as you can. And then some more.

How much water do you have to use on each jiffy to expand them

Hi ya Rtoke :)

If this is your first grow .... i would NOT recomend 60 plants lol ...no WAY ! :)

Ok with that said ... Jiffys are pretty cool .... Soak them in PH ballenced water overnight with some 1/8 sternth Root Rromoter and a few drops of H2o2 ( Hydrogenperoxide) squeeze em out a bit and set them in a warm place in the dark ... pop your seed in and it should do the rest ... Or you can paper towl till it cracks then drop it in :)

i always take a tumbler glass (8oz. iirc) fill it about 1/3 full place the pellet in for 1-2 minutes, poke a hole, insert clone/seed/ling, put jusst enough water/sloution in the trays to fill the channels, mist dome/cuttingsput the dome back on, mark the date, and tape it shut for a week (my domes are vented, a little), open

What about this -

on the propagation bottom tray fill will perlite 1-2 cm high then place all the peat pellets on top of the perlite then put the lid on ??
