you can use the sweet leaf clippings to make hash,butter,oils. the waterleaf and sticks don't have much on them and can ruin the taste sometimes.
easiest way is to make butter, use a slow cooker,put about an 0z of leaf in the cooker with 2 cups of water and 4 sticks of unsalted sweet natural butter. simmer on high for an hour,reduce heat and slow cook for about 7-10 hrs. pour solution thru cheesecloth into a container and put in fridge,when butter hardens on top, poke a hole and drain water,you now have very potent butter. use to cook just like regular butter.
