i would not trade my 400w for anything. but, i am finding awesome results using cfls as side lighting. that extra oomph is well smiled upon. on a side note, thats great that you recognize my sig. as, not many do. keep your thumbs and lungs green.

i might photoshop a unicursal hexigram with a pot leaf in the middle....JFSAG.

some good news and some bad news...

i cut one of my plants to get some practice in drying and curing...i flushed and then cut 2 days later, the hairs were 40% red , not enough i know...too early and i just really am undecided about it as of yet...they are very purply. some pics of the newby nugs hanging dry day 2.

ive been reading on how to dry and cure, and want to get it right before i go with the big nugs, ya dig?

on a good note , my 3 babies(one giant), in my 5 gal are all fems,,,,talk about luck...the giant is already going up into my hood reflector and look like nice indicas.
i love the way my indica looks right now, filling in very nicely..the sativas are slow but very crystally, but have 4-5 weeks to go...ughh...... the 3 sisters in the 5 gal are already over a foot and a half and they will double..im glad i got my side lights now...

been a rough couple of weeks, law involved and shit..some fool spit on me and i had to beat his ass...he dropped the charges cuz he spit on me...bastard.

anyways i thought i was going to county for a while...praise the gods and am thankful to karma.

Fuck that dude, being spit on is one of the ultimate forms of disrespect IMO.

Plants look good! I have a friend who has a few grows under his belt and he's going to show me how to dry and cure, I dont want to fuck it up so I know what you mean about getting in a practice run. Good luck

fuck that man, you could have pressed charges for him spitting on you and then you both woulda been screwed if it had to come to that. but seriously if you get spit on and the person has a infectious disease you can charge them with assault with a deadly weapon and its a felony to spit in cops face. I'm a registered EMT and ill fuck someone up if they spit on me i don't care hahaha

MY FIRST PLANT...the purps yielded 35 grams and is such an energetic, upbeat high and has been selling like hotcakes...grams $20. all i have left of the purps is next to the new plants to trim in the pic in the mason jar, about a quarter or so, 10 g's or whatever..

the other ones on the red plate is my second plant , indica, and was chopped and dried 2 days ago...trimmed today and threw into the shoebox...wet...weighs about 2 ounces..with some nice crystally, fruity smelling nugs. when dried maybe an ounce and a half....

thrid sativa ..lemon haze..still has about 4 weeks to go....flushed already and just going straight water til the end.

i think you will do good with your 1000w setup. my big plants in the 5 gal are at about day 13 also...starting to flower and get bud nodes, calyxs are looking nice and healthy....

eaxctly, he's lucky i didnt do any bad damage, just hurt his pride and introduced him to the asphalt a couple times....lucky the cops got called. ni think i got the drying and curing down....dry 1 -2 days, trim brown bag/shoebox 1 week, then mason jars for however long....thanks bro..good luck to you.

well it seemede to work out perfectly, they are dry for the most part...smokable after 5-6 days, stilla little moist but excellent in the bong..very tasty. they are drying out more as they sit but we were out of money and smoke so..whaddaya do, right? the last batch of purps , the first one i dried seemed to get real dry after a couple days in my low-humidity desert climate.

then put em in a brown paper bag for a couple days and then decided it was time to smoke after i did a sample bong rip and got BLAZED in such a wonderful way..it wass a lemony taste, smelled a little like dried hay but whoa....the high was unlike anything ive had in years.

was a very clean high and un-harsh smoke..leaving a strong lemon-pine taste on the exhale. very energetic and cerebral type of high...very sativa....love it,,,everyone seems to want it and am down to about 10 g's or so now. started with a little over an ounce... but with 1 1/2 oz in a week..

yeah so what ive reaD ABOUT CURING SEEMS TO WORK, THERE ARE MANY VARIANTS OF THE PROCESS...oops caps...you can do it as fast or as slow as ya want really...but at least a week id say some can be smokable..after that and when they are mostly dry and wont sweat inside a mason jar...throw em in....have to be 80% dry at least to prevent mold...and let em breathe every day or so for 15 min each day...save em in there to cure for a year or so...


time to do a bong rip and get some sleep..watched "date movie"...funny as fuck...

its been awhile, work work work...i might start a new thread since all the others are cut ,dried and being smoked..

here are some recent pics of my 3 ladies in the 5 gal. bucket 1 sativa and 2 indicas...1 tiny little runt a plant, very funny looking..

the clones i told u died....well they didnt die, they are coming along nicely now and after some freakish leaves they are beginning to look like marijuana again...all purps..4 of them...pics of them to come later..ended up with an oz. per plant last run...this time we'll see....
