california has been "medical" for years. as sad as your story is, it doesn't apply here.i was busted in ny about 8 months ago for growing.. i was diagnosed with cancer and growing for medical reasons.. 8 months later and the courts still havent sentenced me.. they want me to b" healthy enough" to go to jail.. although i really hope mmj passes soon the damage is done and im now a soonto b felon bc i grew medicine.. effin bullshit oh well cest la vie
Regardless of if it passes or not it will still be illegal under federal law.I got a question, if prop 19 passes and becomes legal in california, its still not going to be legal under federal laws ?
this is where it gets interesting, 19 provides specific protectionswhy would that change, employers still have the right to fire anyone for pretty much any reason. Alcohol is legal but any employer can choose to fire you if they fiind alcohol in your system, same goes for prescription drugs. If an employer feels that you are a liabilty for any reason they can let you go. Thats not going change with prop 19. And yeah your right Corporate Grows are on their way regardless, but prop 19 just opens the flood gates. And in this world where corporations buy candidates the little guys will drown.
the big deal would be with challenging federal law, that's a whole different attack, who knows what may happen through the federal courts on this?TL-DR atleast after page 19.
but anyway, I don't see how it even matters if it becomes completely legal in Cali or remains for medical use only. legalization isn't the point, what about the other states (that are dead to me) behind the times, ect. If at least 2 more states (hopefully more) adopted medical use, I would consider that MORE of a step in right direction, than legalization in a state that already has medical use.
so simply put. If you can't see what the anti prop19 folks see with that simple statement then your hopeless. Alcoholics aren't pushing to legalize alcohol MORE, they're just happy to be able to drink period.TL-DR atleast after page 19.

if your dead sure 215 is beyond reach, it's hard to argue against thatso simply put. If you can't see what the anti prop19 folks see with that simple statement then your hopeless. Alcoholics aren't pushing to legalize alcohol MORE, they're just happy to be able to drink period.

Hi! Now you've met one.Just a quick question, how many actual California MMJ patients/growers here WANT 19 passed? I am talking about ACTUAL Californians, as far as I am concerned all the extraneous input from people from other states is pointless. I can honestly say that I haven't found one...NOT ONE! I have had discussions with 4 other growers just this las week that all oppose 19.
There have been dozens of state wide polls. Virtually all of them say prop19 will pass. So that's pretty much bullshit.Frankly, the bill isn't getting much support outside of the Bay Area and the cartels of Los Angeles. Republicans dont want it, democrats dont want it, and a majority of Californians dont want it.
That's not true either.Don't support bogus legislation that only serves to revoke the rights of MMJ patients/growers.
That poll directly contradicts every other poll that's been taken in the last year. Doesn't seem likely that it is accurate.
Well if you want to support prohibition that's up to you.i never took any polls and my whole familys voteing no. i have also been on the phone with other growers i know the past few days all are voting no and they havent took any poles.....cant wait to vote no
if you read the article you would see thats the most acurate up to date (today) you can dislike it as much as you want its the truth, ahahaha this wont passThat poll directly contradicts every other poll that's been taken in the last year. Doesn't seem likely that it is accurate.
