Speedy is done with the business now.... He said he doesn't even make enough money after all his rebates and speed club discount and to continue the business would not be worth it =/ He shut down the store as you can see but left the forums are still up. I happened to make an order just before the closing but speedy Pm'd me saying he sent it out and gave me a tracking number. I believe him.

Hell no he ain't legit. Don't get ripped off like I did. Ordered on 6/30/10. Here's a post I just made on his forum:

So have you figured out how to refund my $? I had a bad feeling just after ordering...(6/30/10)money was recieved within a couple of minutes from placing but showed"pending" for 17 days. Then after pm's you said it was taken care of-it changed to "processing". Forty(40) days later you tell me you are out-obiviously the order was never sent as you are unable to provide a tracking # and have stated that you are out of TGA.

Have read several threads here and on other forums where many people have run into the same situation-payment quickly recieved and then NOTHING, no tracking#'s, pm's unanswered, every excuse in the world... I and others have been polite and patient- giving you the benefit of every doubt. Sadly never in my nearly 60 years of life have I seen even a single instance where the person who was given the benefit of the doubt ever deserved it.

This is BS Chris and the truth is clearly obivious- you take people's money and just keep it with no intentions of ever providing what they paid for. Prove me wrong...

youll get your seeds it just takes a while. i ordered when the volcano ash thing was going on and ended up waiting a little over 2 months. i ended up with 20 barneys farm sweet tooths and 5 really nice freebys. just be patient he got really overwelmed i think and didnt look ahead into how much work it was going to be dealing with people constantly.

If you both used a credit/debit card then just call the cc company or your bank and they will give you a refund. If they ask what you ordered just tell them adult novelties or marital aids then giggle and they will not ask again. Shiiit if you are a legal mmj patient then just tell them what you ordered. Good luck and do not fear calling the cc company, they will help you out.

Have been patient, ordered from him first then 3 other banks-all delivered in 11 days or less and there hasn't been any disaster that would affect shipping.. He is out of the TGA's I ordered and hasn't offered to substitute anything as he won't reply to pm's or emalis. Prolly was legit at some point but got himself in a bind and we all know that some people won't hesitate to keep someone else's $ to save their own ass.

My order came into today from speedy so all you know. 1 month from the time of ordering but add in i asked to change order and he was in the time of shutting down... He is going through living hell right now but I am sure he will be able to get you your order eventually. I wish you all the best of luck

I heard he was trying to stay under paypals radar and accept payments via them. They caught on and a lot of money was taken by paypal.

That sure can't help with business.

I was a happy customer with no problems, but that was in the beginning. Getting PP accounts frozen and money lost is one thing. I am not sure if PP passed info to LEO and they are looking for speedy or not. That is the only "living hell" I could think of.

Can't help but wonder how much money he took out of the pp acct BEFORE it was frozen-that's his excuse that pp has everyone's money frozen. Bet he took the money out ASAP then used it the frozen acct thing as his excuse for not refunding people their $ (actually did it twice). Sounds alot like a ponzi scheme, only with a proper run one he woud have actually shipped the beans to keep people ordering. Have gotten pm's from other people on his forum that he did the exact same thing with them, one thing seems to be consistent- the ripped-off customers all live 1000's of miles away.

He certainly deserves to be in a living hell-hope he gets prosecuted for fraud and whatever else they come up with. Also think the real reason he closed the seed shop is that after the 2nd pp acct was frozen he didn't have any way for people to pay for their order, not too many people will send cash overseas when all the competition uses cc's.

Principles my old ass, thinks we are all so stupid as to know that's exactly what the carnival barker does when he lets the pigeon win a stuffed animal and then gives the special rifle(with the bent sights) to all others who of course loose. Know this as fact since my grandfather back from WWI saw this at a local carnival, got the sheriff and they made the barker let him use the rifle designed for the pigeon(w/o the bent sights). Grandad beat him so bad he finally offer to give him the rifle just to get him to go away-which he took-a real nice special shooting gallery Remington.22 that unscrews in two so it could be fit in a briefcase.

Shit happens and maybe he is sorry for how it went down. I know he had 100s of happy customers at first. Karma is a bitch so hopefully he makes things right.

I'm pissed at speedy too, but did you just join this site to bash him??? Because you've been here since july, but have only posted in this thread? Sounds a little fishy to me...
