If i am growing 20 Plants, under 2 600 WATT HIDS in a 98x55x78 space, how long should I allow the plant to veg for, I dont want to let it go too early (especially if it will effect yield and quality)

i want TOP quality.. Should I cut down the number of plants?

Veged my six for 35 days from germination and they are from 29-33 inches right now two weeks into flowering. Check out my grow in my signature.

as long as you like in reality, people throw them in early in many cases because they are limited in height space. They will double, often treble in size during flowering so use that as your guide.

ok.. ill try to use my best judgement

but by rule of thumb with the specs i provided can anyone give me any insight?

I want them to be healthy, and i know if i flower too early that will fuck things up

Is 25 plants too much for that space?

You could run about 40 plants if you wanted to do sea of green garden. Please visit NORML's website and check your state laws first. Read up on how many plants they "allow" before you are charged with a serious felony and DON'T go over that amount. SOG is great cause it is quick, but plant numbers can add10-20 years in prison. You may be better off with a nice big scrog screen and 4-6 healthy plants in 3-5 gallon containers. The law doesn't play. A small one gallon container is the same as a 5 gallon pot in their eyes. You are better off producing a large harvest with fewer plants. try topping, fimming, scrog, etc.

Have to wholeheartedly agree with Serapis. Use your loaf to dictate that decision before your space. Then check out scrog grows for inspiration if that is your calling

well im in new york and ive looked on norml in the past

but they dont have anything pertaining to number of plants

only to weight

but technically, if they came in my house, one plant would way over a pound wet

how do they determine

anyone have any more info on nys growing laws?

well with a state population of over 20 million i think ill be ok.. and if someone can give me insight on laws ill be ok

I doubt any authority is going to sit on this site and look for a personal grower like my self, im not here for cash cropping

sure theyll lock my ass up if they stumble upon my grow, but i find it hard to beleive their going to waste time, money and resources pinning down where "Ralphie" lives.. IF thats my real name :)
