Too many lights??

Just wanted to have a lil feed back... I will be renting a trailer ..Is a 1000 w and a 400w with a 90w Led plus al the fans, pumps, ac, and etc..Dose it sound like i will b e pull to much electrity?? the trailer will be used only for the grow show ..No liveing ....So washer dyer fridge.will not be in use and also no tv...

Well, considering the computer you're on now is about 400W you have about 1500W unaccounted for... .. so you mean like a Double Wide trailer??? lol... you have to atleast have an idea what the average draw is in your neighborhood. If everyone else is drawing 500W / hour around you and you got 2000W/ hr pumping out in your trailer, someone, somewhere might get suspicious.

computer power supplies regulate the power being brought into the system. Just because you have a 400w power supply doesn't mean your PC is pulling .4kw/h. Hook up a kill-a-watt meter, I will bet you are pulling significantly less than 400w. The power rating on your computer power supply is capable of providing up to as much wattage as it is rated at, like many variable draw devices, it will only take what power it needs. Out of all the appliances you could run, the one which has gotten the most attention on efficient power consumption is your PC. Please pick something else to compare it too, I get so sick of people using this false analogy. I spent 4 years as an engineer for HP, designing mostly workstations and the diagnostic systems we used to test them after build, I certainly have a lot of experience in this arena.

Ask who you are renting the trailer from how much the bill was. Say it is for budgetary purposes. Even if it is more than usual just make sure you pay your bill, and don't steal electricity!

apologies for not quoting the post I was responding too, purely an oversight on my part. But if you look at the post immediately before mine it tries to use computer power supplies as a justification for high power usage being less sketchy. I did try to mention in my post that I was only posting in response to false information in the proceeding post. Apologies if you saw this as 'hijacking' your thread, but it was not my intention. I simply wanted to quash the proceeding misinformation.

If it helps make up for it, most people consider less than 3kw of lighting to not be an issue power wise

Edit: and jeezus, I'm trying not to be denfensive, but this is a discussion. I know you want your question answered, and there are many posts here trying to help you out. I really don't think my response to a post that is on topic to yours deserves such a a cynical response.

1500 watts is not alot for a trailer, my Winibago has 30 amp service (3000 watts) and it is just a little one with A/C microwave and TV built in

hmm i have no grand answer but a watt meter doesnt sound like a bad idea
i would google how much u pay for each so many watts and numbers on the meter on the out side then see if your running too fast
also u can buy a power reducer it takes a small amount of power and generates it in a copper coil the gives it to your alot stronger
im sure that would help your situatiion i hope i was helpfull
