Use pipe cleaners . The fuzzy part will protect plants and they are extreamly flexable.

i was thinking pipe cleaners, do they make stronger ones? ill keep an eye out for the areo garden stuff the pipe cleaners could be cheaper. thanks... i need to figure out stretch during flowering my plants are the size of dadios pic right now and the arms are flailing!

Pipe cleaners work you just have to use them when the plants are young.

I use electrical wire just strip off the outside insulation and leave the wires insulation on. 12-14 gage.

There are "garden zip ties" which are longer than regular zip ties and very flexible.
