I am going to take some cuttings tomorrow and have laid out a game plan to follow. If SOMEONE, ANYONE for that matter can make sure that my plan is not full of holes I would appreciate it. Flushed my girls yesterday with plain h2o and am going to mist the branches that I will use today. Got some dip-n-grow and clonex, 1" rockwool cubes(cut in half) tray with dome and a heat mat. Now any tips, tricks, pointers etc??? I know temp RH air moisture all play a huge part in this, but what is the most critical? What is the biggest negative factor? Diagonal cut or straight cut? dome or no dome? rooting hormone or nothing? Please Help!!!

Everyone has their favorite method for cloning and your plan is as good as most. I take the branches from the bottom most part of the plant. I have cloned from the very small bottom to the longer more developed branches (about 3 inches or so) and I personally find that the bigger ones I have a higher success rate in a shorter time period. I take my cuttings place them in a bowl of water with superthrive while I am getting everything ready to set the clones in their rockwool home. I cut my branches at a 45 degree angle, gently scrap the stem close to the cut about a 1/4 inch and dip in my rooting hormone and place in the rockwool. I use a dome, keep the rockwool damp not soaking wet and I mist them usually twice a day. Rooting times vary greatly with strains usually for me 10 to 14 days. Once the roots appear I place in my soil, no nutes, they don't get fed for at least two weeks.
I hope that this helps answer your questions, and there are many other methods which work and will be attested to by others so I hope that you find one that works just right for you. Happy Growing :joint:
