Obviously I don't know what you've got but I don't think I have that powdery mildew. Well, there are actually a few of them yes, I didn't think those guys would suck chlorophyll. I'll try to get some more info about them, thanks

You have insects eating your leaves it appears to me. Now you should try to ID the pests with a 30x loupe or some close up photography. It appears to be either spider mite or thrip damage.
For the fungus gnats you can pour sand onto the top of the soil to kill the larvae and then spray plant with neem oil or use a no pest strip.

the damage on the leaves I would say is cased by thrips .. =) deffinitely ... use a magnifying glass or monacle and look very closely ,, you will see tiny elongated baby thrips moving around on the leaves ,, they are as hard or harder to see than baby mites.. I have watched them killing spider mites although I`m sure is not their favourite thing to munch on obviously ...

Thrips ? for real ? shouldn't the neem oil be taking care of them ? I'm spraying the plants with it every 10 days. Are they light brown ? could I spot them with the naked eye ? Tried to see then with a magnifying glass but didn't see anything, will keep trying to see if I can see anything moving there

So I'm guessing these two guys here are thrips ? I checked closely all the plants today and there were bugs like this in every plant, not many but all the plants had some of them, it was time to kill 
so many of them are gone now 
Anyway tomorrow I'm thinking of going to buy something else. Still don't understand why the neem oil is not getting rid of every bug in there
