This is very old news. I could care less that a Presidential candidate isn't a bible toting Christian. In fact, I prefer it. Everything you said was true, he was raised under all those beliefs. I was raised Methodist, went to church camps my whole life, and, well lets just say I am not a religious man. I did learn a lot from it however. I am sure its done the same for him and given him a wide background of knowledge and insight. And he really hasn't tried to hide it, its talked about very openly in his books. He just doesn't spout it on the campaign trail because unfortunately there is a lot if ignorant people that equate the word Muslim with terrorist.

I have no problems with Obama's religion at all. I DO have a problem with his politics though. Check out his voting record in both his time spent as a state legislator and his time in the senate. You'll find that he has voted for a multitude of unconstitutional programs. He is to the left politically of both Hillary and Ted Kennedy.

Personally, I'd rather see an atheist/agnostic who believes in constitutional government in the White House than a person who professes to be a "good" Christian, Jew or Muslim and then leads us down the road to serfdom. Obama and Huckabee are two guys to watch out for. They are both statists who believe that government is the answer to all of our problems. Just check out their voting records.

i can understand what your saying m8, what if he does get in to office, what if he starts changing laws to do with terrorism, could be leaving you wide open to attacks like 9/11 a lot of these fundamentalists have been educated in the usa and uk and are not stupid they blend in.

i think he has made a good point.

i must be one of them stupid people that associate this new wave of terror with muslims as you dont see people who were was raised Methodist crashing planes and blowing themselves and a load of innocent people up.

it is utterly ridiculous to think that a presidential candidate could be implemented by a terrorists government to overthrow the country. You watch to many movies. You don't think his background is scrutinized at every waking moment? There is people who have jobs that are nothing but finding dirt on him, 24 hours a day. I'm sure they would have pulled up "Terrorist Seed" if it was a possibillty.

Obama should help those that are moderate Islamics see that we are not the christian war-mongers they think we are.I am voting for him,cuz as much as Bill Clinton was a good president,I don't think his wife will be.Plus that would just piss off Al Queda even more.

Paul is about letting us parents parent, homeschool, be a friend, etc.
He is about no foreign policy, I agree, I could care less what any other country does or has in effect. Thats the point of a vacation to see how others live in different cultures.....
He is about a government that protects OUR constitutional rights our forefathers so gallantly fought for!!

On the same token, I personally feel bad about the native's they hurt, to be fair and honest. Who the hell is anyone to say who can move here and who can't! This is and always will be native american land. Keep that in mind, for the most part when we're (if) educated about, ohhhh, the trail of tears, it is at too young of an age to understand it. Put yourself in their shoes and toke and think.....

I think people need to really think about what this land was, is and is going to be!

As far as abortion goes, it is not a presidential issue. States deal with it or pass it down further, like he says.

Abortions have been done long before the US of A was around....parents need to parent and educate their kids about sex. Not Mrs. Merriweather, health teacher who stays till 6pm afterschool to suck off the basketball team...capiche?

You're dumb. Even if he was a secret islamic terrorist, our government has rules and regulations and he'd be impeached immediately if they had proof of what he was doing. Which wouldn't be hard to get because there are people specifically employed to watch the president's every move. I'm voting for Ron Paul anyway.
