Slugs Destroyed My Plant

Never had a problem at all with any pests none what so ever. I leave plants 2 weeks come back one plant in an area got strip right down to the skeleton of the broad leafs though concluded that it was slugs they ate all the broadleaves and didnt touch the buds at all there is not a single broad leaf on the plant, but the single spike leaves on the buds are just fine and dandy

how long will it survive? its still looks nice and green and healthy the hairs are just starting to turn to a deep red it seems. i was going to move it to my yard to watch it make sure it dont die and when it starts showing signs ill just cut er loose.

Any Advice would be appreciated not to sure how a plant will react to sumthing like this.

I put copper tubing around my plants. It keeps the majority of the slugs away. Putting a thin layer of crushed rocks around the base of your plant will also help.

thanks for the advice but i just want to know if my plant will survive and still produce bud with no broadleaves

the plant that got eaten was the smallest and worse one of the crop so didnt bother me much i still got a couple really nice ones

Slug pellets - copper wire or foil - beer traps - salt traps - attract hedgehogs, which predate on them - loads of methods.

Old pennies. Collect copper pennies that were made before 1980 and spread them around the bottom of your plants. Or anything copper. The copper reacts with the ground slats and slugs won't go near it.
