Will this ventilation work?

I'm in the process of figuring out my ventilation for my cabinet. Just for reference I'll be using a TD-200 S&P TD Series Inline Fan. For 8 inch round duct - 538/476 cfm (high/low). It will be hooked up to a cool tube and a carbon filter.

There are 1in. gaps in the floors of the clone and veg chambers. This is the diagram of how I expect the air to flow (hopefully)

Does this look like a viable plan for the ventilation given the cfm for such a small area? Will this keep negative pressure?



Hope I'm not over thinking all of this.

Looks good, but id loose the air going into the flower chamber and just keep going up with it. Not sure why you need so many different chambers, that will cut air flow considerably. I would lose one for sure.

I take it the top box is an air box for the filter/blower/equipment? Just make sure your passive intakes are large enough. That is a huge blower, its gonna sound like a vortex in there. Make sure the cab is sealed, it could make whistling noises coming through the cracks.

What Watt light is in the flowering chamber? So the flowering intake air is from the mother ch. or a tube past the Mom ch. and all the way to the right?
I would have an exhaust fan for a Cool Tube with it's intake in that area for the main fan. In other words all air in and out of Cool Tube from that upper chamber. With one fan you need the carbon filter at the very end. The flowering chamber is what reeks if all goes well. Not too sure if a 1" gap will allow enough air flow. That fan looks bad ass. Hope your not thinking it will be too stealthy with that fan. Hope that helps.

The light for the mother chamber is 400w. I've just decided i've been over thanking it and am going to be keeping it simple with just having one chamber for veg/flower. K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid) lol.

For the fan, I actually read a thread where the guy said it wasn't to loud and he runs 2 of these beasts... then again though he did have his cabinet insulated with soundproofing material.

Mother ch. is a 400W? Must be flowering instead. KISS is good for sure. Didn't get the pic, but I could see it better w/ soundproofing. Still not sure about that airflow chart though. Kinda confusing. I'd go with a mother and a spot to start clones, then a CMH to finish.
I have a 400W CMH and love it. Good for Veg and flowering. Little cooler too.

I have a 400W CMH and love it. Good for Veg and flowering. Little cooler too.

My bad, meant flowering. I'm just gonna be running the one chamber. Gonna do a seed run the first grow in there so I don't have to keep buying them off the net. I don't have access to clones where I live, may be able to network with some people that have clones, just don't know how to bring up the conversation.... you know?

I can't run a CMH with my ballast. I may have to get a magnetic ballast a little down the road, just got a digital ballast Friday. It came with my cool tube and included a 400w hps. I do like that fact that you can use the CMH throughout the whole grow, just wasn't an economic choice at the time.

I'm not sure how to bring that up unless your in a MMJ state. Maybe a 2" Mum area for a Bonsai Mum with t-5's? Some Clones could start in soil for a couple weeks before a harvest. 2 Plants 1 of them Lst'd for the 2" height loss. Just an idea.
