chop or not? please help, really need some advice! (PICS)

hey guys!

i have 4 plants all together!
ive been looking at this one girl for the last week. she is only about 3 weeks in i think. where as my others are nearly on their 6th.
the problem is there are loadsa seeds coming up and the calyxs are swelling up too. i rekon about half the plant looks like its producing seeds. well i dont want seeds, and i dont want the risk of it pollinateing any of my others even though i havent found a ball yet. the one thing that sucks is that this plant had the most bud spots allready. but if it needs the chop it needs the chop. iit also smells so nice. i dont really want to chop it, but i dont want to be left with loads of seeds! would rather have some hash or summin.

do you think i should chop it now while it still has some buds and make it into hash or cannabutter? will the hash or cannabutter still be good?
please i realy need some advice and help. and i would like to chop it down now, if use recommend it.

tell me if im worrying to much, but i dont think so.

help please. i want to get this done and over with. i dont like the idea of chopping it so early! idont want to do it! but i dont want to be left with loadsa seeds and maybe spreading to my others. so i suppose i gotta do it!

I did read it and seriously suggest chopping it..I, personally, would not bother with male of hermie plants. Right into the trash they would go. You would not want it to pollinate your female plants. But if you wanted to try some hash or cannabutter I say go for it. I am just giving you an opinion/suggestion.

okay cool man. i wouldnt put it in the trash because it has got nice bud production. so i might aswell do something with it. do you think the hash or cannabutter will still be nice?

i would chop it down and just let it dry and smoke it like you would anything else......at least you will get some thc out of it....i dont know if i would waste my time on butter or hash from the 1 plant.

i would go with making some hash because at least you know for a fact that what you get off of it will get you high. if you make cannabutter it may turn out too weak to do anything so might be a total waste. If i were you i would actually finish the plant and keep the seeds. do you have a successful cloning method or are you still starting from seed? If you like seeds i would make sure to let them ripen but get the plant outta there.

It would be weird to see seeds developing at only 3 weeks of flower, might just be some swelled calyxs which is a good thing.

maybe they have been flowering longer lol. i dont no. cant you tell by the pics? might be on week 4. they are not fully develped seeds(sorry should have said that)
there are little seeds in loads of them and some have bigger seeds that you can see sticking out. also when i feel the swelled calyxs you can feel the seed inside. another thing is alot of the hairs have either died or have gone dark brown. so i no its deffinately got seeds, and it looks like quite alot too.

i probably would do the hash. i would prefer that anyway. i just dont like the idea of chopping it makes me sad.
and i have never used clones before. seeing as im an outside grower in the uk. but i plan on getting lights by the end of the month.

first thing i would do (even before chopping the plant [if you do choose to]) is find out what pollinated the plant, then work from that. If you do choose to chop the plant (i would) just harvest as usual, no harm in having some smokable bud to help you wait for your other plants to develop also i would not go through the hassle of hash or cannabutter, not worth it IMO

wont the smoke be really shit though if i just smoke it normally?
also i think it was that plant that pollinated. i think this because when i went about 1 week into flowerin i saw a little premature ball, about 5. but they where all tiny and obviously not ready. so i got the tweezers and took them off. since then i havent seen any. ive checked religiously too. about an hr aday on each one!! ive never seen another one. but obviously one of them as got past me some how! and because this plant was the only one to get balls at one point, its more than likely this one that pollinated its self.

nah it was only bagseed. do they look pollinated to you by the pics? there are deffinately seeds so obviously it is. but it looks like there are so many seeds that there is no point in growing it through. i might give it another couple of days. if i dont see much bud improvment and more seeds i think ill chop it.

do you think thats a good idea?

yea i think i will. tonight ill do it. thats if there isnt any improvment. the lower buds that are tiny, like the little popcorn ones. some of them still have white hairs. i might leave them ones on and see what happens to them. just take the main affected parts off. will it still grow them buds out if they are not pollinated once i cut the pollinated ones off? its a bummer but atleast i still got two more that need another 3 weeks. i also have abig sativa that is nearly 6 weeks in but i think its a 16 weeker because it has only started to show bud devolpment in the last week or so. it just streched like mad for the first 4-5 weeks! hopefully it will make it through septmener and october in the uk. it will be by far by biggest yielder if it makes it. i hope it does!
