well it is a micro penis and it is actually rather common. One in every 2000 babies is born witha combonation of gender or "parts" that dont match up to the average size. Woman can also be born with large clits or balls internaly. They used to call it herm in people but now they call it intersex. I could go into great detail for those who may be interested.

no very few people are born herm. you have to have all sexual reproductive organs from male and female in order to be herm. People can have diffrent combonations of organs but seldom all of both. Many diffrent things can cause this including a drug that was givin to woman in the 50's and 60's that was used to prevent miscarriage. its just a part of nature in my eyes!
