Legal Smoke From ca to las vegas

i have my ca medical card so would it be legal to smoke in nevada anywhere outside or inside the hotels?

I wouldn't risk it. I have heard that LV is VERY strict on weed. With that being said if you are creative you can get away with it. But it will NOT be legal!

BTW walking up and down the strip with a nice buzz and a 3 ft margarita is awesome!

State laws are only valid in the state they are in effect. Other states have the right to do what they will with you according to their laws if you break their laws. At least I think this is true.

I took 2 ounces through SFO, (check on the internet first, completely ok with the airport) to vegas, smoked through it and hit a las vegas dispensary. They let me use my ca card no problem!

Most dispensaries out here (NV, Las Vegas) will take your CA med card, just call ahead to save yourself the trip out there. None are super close to the strip, not too far but you should probably take a cab.

Yes, that's a possibility as well...but considering the kind of place LV is...I think $$$ is an powerful motivation...

No, you cant walk around the strip smoking weed. They have bike cops constantly rolling around patrolling.

But as another poster said, its perfectly fine to walk around the strip with booze.

And for your room Id just get a smoking room at the hotel if you plan on really smoking alot.
