Spliff
The term spliff is of Jamaican English origin, but has spread to several western countries, particularly Britain, Ireland, Europe, Canada and the United States. Its precise etymology is unknown, but it is attested as early as 1936. While Jamaican spliffs are generally conical in shape, those elsewhere tend to be cylindrical and of varying lengths. "Spliff" can also refer to various styles of cigarette rolled with a mixture of hashish and tobacco.

There ya go!

I have no idea what a sploof is though.......

I've heard a hundred different names for it, but it was called a sploof once.

It was a bottle with holes poked into the bottom and dryer sheets stuffed inside of it. Whenever you were about to exhale a lung full of smoke, you could do it into the bottle, and the dryer sheets would mask the smell.

Or sploof as in a joke/mock? I dunno, hahah.
