I have never grown before. Just getting done with construction of my grow room. i was wondering what kind of seed to get and from what source. Goal is to maximize yield while growing some killer canabies. From what i understand some plants are easire to grow than others.
I will be growing about 10 plants under 400watt lamp, with self made hydroponic system.
I would be greatful for any advice.

I would recomend northern lights low smell and can take alot of punishment. Perfect for a beginner and high bud to leaf ratio and cheap at nirvana!

Fat, you can get a prepaid at the walmart or target. Have you considered just some bag seed for this first effort? I suspect that you will learn a great deal with this first run on a new system. Do you want to experiment with expensive beans? I have done well with Nirvana in the past, don't use a regular credit card. Good luck.

just use your own bank card, i dont know why people are so paranoid. if the filth checked up on every customer on the nirvana site they'd be busy forever. i buy everything on my usual debit card.

I do to but if you want to be secure for your own purposes i guess the pre paid card wont hurt.

You can always lst,top or tie down if height is a problem.
;-) And you can LST even if height isnt an issue. A nice even'ish canopy with all the foliage close to the light cant be a bad thing.

Think of a traditional / natural Christmas Tree shape. The main stem cola gets treated like this guy, close to the light and lots of it --->>kiss-ass<<----The lower branches get treated like this guy.

Then you have topping, FIM'ing to break up the main stem dominance, and spread the auxins around.

AND MAYBE you could practice on some bagseed while your order is in the mail. At least to practice the germination part, and make sure your not screwing up that phase of the process. Lots of folks do... and if you screw up bagseed, the loss isnt as painfull.
