Thats a shame....never seen that before.

looks like some sort of flies or insects are laying eggs in your grow area...Might want to seal it off. Then get a good organic insecticide.

Thats my advice...i dunno if its right.

Its outdoor so I cant seal it off. Idk I figured it was an insect laying eggs too. Is there a flush solution tht'll get rid of em??

^I found some info on a pest called the 'stem borer', but, there's a handful of them, in that category, so I wasn't able to single out the exact culprit. Location, climate, etc...are all needed, in order to identify. Check into it, and see what ya think it might be. :)

get some good tweezers and go to work on the plant. it might take hours to rid the whole plant of those things. check it daily too. they cant be anyworse than the caterpillars ive got. just gotta get in there and get them by hand and eye.

Wut I did was I just cut off the infected branches:cry: It was a devestating infestation tht I had to get rid of quick. I just posted this to find out wut they were. Good news is they're gone now but so is a potential 1/2-1 oz.

I HAD THIS FIRST OUTDOOR GROW.
Mine were normal Northern Cali caterpillars. Except mine were not eating the inside stem, it burrowed into the bud to the stem, it swirled its way down the cola eating into every bud stem on the cola turning it brown and brittle. Other than picking them out I have heard of people using garlic water to spray on the buds to keep them off. HOWEVER, the buds will taste a little like garlic but Caterpillars HATE THEM. I would say this thing is in the caterpillar family yet a little different in appearance

if the plant is small enough you can put it inside and place some moth balls or dry ice inside and any pest would suffocate in there, just make sure to only do it a a few hours, ive never tried and just read in somewhere. i mix my own pest killer garlic wd pepper spray but i always try it on other plants first if its too strong ull never know

The garlic spray I have heard being used for the caterpillars, I was told it leaves a garlic taste in the bud. "never tried myself. I would like to know a working mixture that WONT leave my Hindu Skunk tasting like a Garlic Hindu Skunk

BTW - when you said wd pepper I for some reason thought you were saying Dr. Pepper
