Ya next time pull all the really infested leaves and maybe spray a Cayenne pepper foliar spray on all the fan leaves. Then let them go as long as you can.... But hell at least you'll get to smoke some premature buds that will get you high enough till you find some other stuff to smoke... Dry them right or they will be even more harsh!

The right pyrethrum bomb done two or three times might still work at this stage also.... All Organic and supposedly is fine days before harvest! I have not tried it close to the end but supposedly is evaporates and leaves no trace after a day?!?!?!?! Anyone have input on this????

I've been dealing with mites the last two months.
Never even though to cut a plant early.
Neem, Azamax, Organicide to control, and 3-4 hours sumbmerged in water
after cutting and trimming buds.
When i spray my plants, three hours later i respray with plain water to remove
most of the insecticide. I've had leaf/bud problems when i left the sprays on the plants.
I've harvested 3 of 7 plants using these methods, and plan to bomb after the last
four finish up.
If you keep up on them, there is no reason to have to cut early.
This Strawberry Cough was the worst plant in terms of mites.
The top 14 buds were harvested at 9 weeks female, while the lower buds were
left to mature for another two weeks. She gave up 5.5oz of dried mature bud
