Had the same problem on one of my plant. If you have 2 week left. I would watch them on a daily basis and remove infected region. You should remove all the white eggs around the spot you found (if you have worm) because they drop eggs and way more come by next days,weeks if you dont slow them.
You should examine most buds by being sure nothing live in there (you will notice worms if there some) usually you will find them where the leaf are yellowish/brownish.
To get rid of them you need to spray them early flowering with neem oil or any good insecticide (need to be sure its organic) otherwise some will leave bad taste to you re buds.
If it goes too bad and you cant control them. Cut off when you feel its the time to. Dont loose to much for a few gains. Its known that trich are produced way more in the last days of the plant life but sometime when you have to deal with that kind of problem you better save what you can instead of calling it a loss.
