start wit teaspoons then work ur way up..start 1tsp per gallon the first couple times then by week 4-5 of flower u should b at 2tbsp per gallon..ur 4-5 week of flower is the most important

i use it during veg and flower but i dont use much during veg just a tsp per gallon here and there...when i get to flower tho i start using tbsp and by week 4-5 i use about 2tbsp

As with all things you add to your plant it is a good idea to slowly introduce it to your plant. That way you can back off. I use epsom salt in just about every other watering indoors and once a week outdoors. The outdoors tends to be a little beefier amount.

i agree 100% with this. This is a good rule of thumb for nutrients, additives, lighting, air flow, insecticides/miticides.
