How do you guys (and gals) keep track of your grow (when you last fed, when things were moved from veg to flower, etc.). I started out using a spiral bound note book to keep a grow journal. It worked but it was inefficient and was quickly becoming a cluster fuck. So I checked out some grow software. All the programs I looked at were great. They were simple, organized and easy. The only problem is my grow is so far away from my computer I forget my notes by time I get back. I ended up having to take notes in a note book then transfer to the computer, which defeats the purpose. If I were to continue down this path I'd have to buy a net book and keep it outside my grow. Maybe some day but for now I don't have an extra $300-$400 for a net book.
Now I am using a normal 2010 calendar for a grow calendar. It is working great. The only problem is if I do 2-3 different things to 2-3 different crops I run out of room to write on the calender. But other than that it's so nice, it makes it very easy to time out your grow. Hopefully when the 2011 calenders hit the street I can get a big ol calender with lots of room to write. It was hard as a bitch to find a 2010 calender in August. But so far this is my favorite method.
So I am curious how do you all keep track?
