Why so expensive?

Do you guys have the same problem in your country that i have in mine? i mean , i had bad luck beeing born here , because weed here is 20$ USD(i converted my currency in USD) for 1 gram(not really 1 gram , dealers give you 0,7-0,8 for some medium potency stuff) because i saw and asked for prices from other country's and none are so expensive as weed is here.. and also , price is same throughout most of the country , dealers have no ideea what strains they're selling.8)And not to mention if someone has White Widow arround here it sells for 40$ a gram or 30Euro :), and i only smoked once in my 3 years of smoking(white widow that is:) )

And shame on the dealer because they also tell you upfront that its 0,7 :)) ,because theyre some damn punks and they make 10$ profit from each gram:)) , let's just say i'm from a country that overthrew communism 21 years ago:)

grow your own weed and you wont have that problem

Yeah, that price is waay to steep.
I would probably rarely smoke and spend money on other habits, 3 grams of good bud being $120? Damn, I get a half O of some good chronic for that. However the dealers in this place (hell?) seem to have it nice, probably buy a half zip for like 200, chop dimes, and make like 80 flat...off a half o.

I can get some grade A shit off my friend for $150 an ounce... also i live in Canada where weed is cheaper and everyone sells and grows. I used to live in Arizona where where I slapped down $20 for a small nug of chronic which isn't as good as some of the shit i have smoked in Canada.
