Organic Train Wreck CFL Grow Journal - 525W - 4 Weeks Flower!

Thanks to a few grow journals on RUI i've decided to get my own up and running. I've had a couple of CFL grows before but only using one 125W CFL and another grow using a 125W and 150W CFL.

My last grow was 2 Autoflower Pakistan Ryder's, they took 56 days from seed to harvest and I ended up with 74 gram dry which inspired me into this grow.

So here's the setup:

- 250W 14000K Super Cool White CFL (Hung Vertical)
- 125W 6400K Cool White CFL (Hung Vertical)
- 150W 2700K Warm Red CFL (Mounted Horizantal under homemade reflector)
- 2 125mm PC Fans with 5" Ducting
- 6" Oscillating Fan
- Black and White Film
- 2x 11L Wilma Pots
- 2 Train Wreck Cuttings.

Temps are between 26c-31c, Humidity around 35-50% and I'm using BioBizz Grow, Bloom and TopMax with BioBizz All Mix Soil so 100% Organic!!

Like I said I've had a little experience with CFL's so feel free to ask for some advice but I also appreciate all your input and comments.

I've done a little bit of LST on these two plants to ensure I got 10-15 budsites no further than 0.5-1 inch away from the bulbs. I grew a regular seed under 18/6 whilst my autoflowers were in flowering and then took a few cuttings. These cuttings were took 16 days to root and then I gave them 2 weeks veg and LST before flowering 25 days ago.

Fed with nutes today as follows:

BioBizz Grow - 1ml per L
BioBizz Bloom - 4ml per L
BioBizz TopMax - 4ml per L

wow train wreck really? thats gonna be cool! have you ever tried using molasses during flowering? It works wonders! I too am a cfl grower all the way but recently made the swap to a 400watt hps with some small 6500k cfl's for my flowering room! workin on getting seeds and a new dwc setup soon so i can start growing again! cant wait to see your pic's i love train wreck!

Its smelling awesome when I move a few branches around! Will keep you all informed with pics!

Tied a couple extra branches down today and moved the horizontal 150w CFL lower so the lower budsites are getting some nice red light :mrgreen:

Temps lower than normal today. 24c :blsmoke:

Good way to keep it.Im impressed.
Curios as to why you did not choose hid?Im sure your buds would have been way bigger.

Yes they would but it would have meant investing first in the HPS, then in the ventilation and then in the electricity. I am happy getting 75 to 100g every 8-10 weeks because I don't smoke that much. Growing with CFL's is much more challenging having to train every budsite into position!!

hey man wats up, im growen in a PC case feminized Pure Trianwreck i bought from tude. i have a question for you bro, how long into flower until u seen pistols, im in flower right now, my plant is a total of 5 weeks old and i started flower about 10 days ago ive got the pods no pistols hopfully they bust open soon ey
