gifting them is so much more fulfilling (maybe not for the wallet though... but fack money)

ngt always seemed a decent guy to me... but then again... i don't really know him

Hmmm is nirvana not peddling and even giving a direct link on this site to buy illegal seeds and then in turn backed by rollitup for cash? That to me is just as bad if not worst but its allowed and embrassed that where I have issue.You cant have it one way for some and another for others.All seed sites need to be banned if he was banned as some may not have liked a pm advertisment but the nirvana ads are not our choice either they are just given to us regardless of what we think which breaks rollits rule about seed selling.Lets get down to it was it a policy issue which then requires Nirvana ads to be removed immediately for violation or was it a money issue that he didnt pay for advertising???

nirvana is just a link. he was doing DEALINGS publicly. it went beyond PM's. how come that is so hard to understand? something to the effect of "hey fletch i shipped your seeds today. keep an eye on your mailbox." as apposed to clicking a link. you don't see the difference? really? what if he was paying? would that make a difference? i have no idea what was going on but you can't make assumptions.

and what about the name calling? he called all the mods and rollitup some pretty bad names before he was ever banned. why? he knew the rules. he was warned. he knew he was breaking them. he stated himself he was going to get banned for what he did. he knew it was coming. what's the issue here?

pluss just because someone has had some illegal dealings using this site doesn't mean the site is at fault... people have sold plenty of illegal things on EBAY and they didn't shut them down.

They are not understanding the actual problem.
A banner ad is a link to a different site to buy.
No nirvana seed trading is done on rolli servers only an advert.
As soon as you pm a seed trade for cash or free youve broken the rules and if get caught your screwed.

I still think that ngt should be given another chance and forgiven as he was an asset to the site.
I always think everyone deserves a second chance after an angry outburst,even me

FLETCH... I am sure that RIU KNOWS that there is a big difference between running ads on a website versus a website being a place to peddle ganja. I believe there has been precedent set on this issue. You are trying to argue a point that may seem valid to you.. BUT it is not the case n the court system.. and so you being RIGHT or WRONG does not matter.. what matters is what a JUDGE would say... ya feel?

ONCE again your dollars to keep this site within the set laws would give your word a lot more weight.

FLETCH I am not trying to be a dick to you or NGT.... BUT it is hard to take any of this seriously since I had no idea what was going on and had a fat link on my site to his site (supporting him) and yet I was accused of being a part of trying ban him. FROM my perspective of what I know, we have all been warned MANY times not to sell seeds... MANY MANY times....

MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS TO KEEP THE SITE OPEN!!! and that was NGTs concern too.. UNTIL he GOT banned.... and his feelings were hurt (i am speculating that they got hurt)

story time -

One time this guy asked me for a clove.. I only had one clove left.. we were at a reggae concert. I told the guy "NO BRO...I only have ONE left" he got all belligerent with me. He told me my karma would come to bite me in my ass and that I was a stingy bastard and he got all up in my face (big rasta dude)... I gently said to him... my brother, you asked me a YES or NO question and yet you were only prepared to hear "YES".. why did you even bother asking...

A few minutes later one of my friends showed up and gave me a new pack of cloves... If that dude had not yelled at me, I would have gone over to him and said.. hey bro.. here's a clove... BUT after he yelled at me I had no interest in doing so...

He burned his bridge by telling me to fook-off...
NOT only did he burn his bridge but he showed his true colors.... he showed his true intentions, he let his curtain blow open and I saw the ugly man inside. That's cool, i know to stay away..


AND FINALLY... this guy owed me $10,000. He did not pay me for 2 years.... everybody told me I should take it from him, sue him, yell at him, etc... instead I kept my cool and was always nice to him and gently reminded him of our money issues.. i made him feel comfortable around me, and I wanted to stay comfortable around him... because that's how I role... 2 years later when I was hurting for MONEY.. a check showed up in the mail for $4,000.00. With a note that said the other $6,000 is on the way. BEING COOL and nice is what keeps people together... calling people out and fooking with people is not cool..


AND IN CONCLUSION - NGT knows who is issues are with.. his issues are with RIU.. he and RIU know exactly what happened.. and anybody who expresses their opinion on this thread other than rollitup is NOT in the KNOW.... NGT and RIU are in the KNOW...
